Darcy Taylor is a founder-first operator and strategic executive who thrives at the intersection of AI, DeFi, and digital transformation. He currently serves as a Director of Satsuma Technology Plc (LSE: SATS) and Pioneer AI Foundry Inc., and is the former Director of Cel AI Plc and former CEO and Director of East Side Games Group Inc. (TSX: EAGR).

With a track record of leading organizations through high-growth and high-change environments, Darcy brings a unique blend of startup agility and enterprise discipline. He has scaled and exited his own company via acquisition by WME/Endeavor, formerly IMG and led his last venture from inception to over $125 million in annual revenue, contributed to enterprise valuations exceeding $500 million, and has been involved in capital raises totalling more than $400 million throughout his career.

Darcy’s leadership spans across FinTech, blockchain, DeFi/Crypto, FMCG, sports, entertainment, mobile gaming, and digital media, where he consistently leverages emerging technologies to unlock efficiency and growth. His global experience includes senior roles across North America, Europe, and Asia, including executive positions within Fortune 100 multinationals and founder-led startups alike.

From building brands and launching platforms to optimizing BTC treasury strategy and AI automation, Darcy is known for driving operational excellence, value creation, in complex, fast-evolving business landscapes.

Jim is a CPA, CA and a CFA with over 20 years of finance experience. Most recently Jim was SVP, Finance and Acting CFO at Westport Fuel Systems and prior to Westport held senior roles at Amica Mature Lifestyles, Absolute Software and Cisco Systems. Jim has extensive capital markets, acquisitions, and international experience having worked for four years in California and two years in Russia. Jim articled with KPMG in Vancouver, British Columbia and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mark Rutledge has over 25 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, C-level executive and strategic adviser with a particular expertise in structuring and financing technology start-ups. In the early stages of his career, Mark practised securities and entertainment law, and acted for clients such Viacom, Disney, Paramount, Time Warner, Showtime, USA Networks, and Canal + (France). He is currently CEO of Carraway Capital Corp., and co-founder and President of Sosido Networks Inc. a knowledge-sharing community for health-care professionals. He was until recently a Director of East Side Games, a leading mobile gaming company (TSE:EAGR), and is currently a Director of StreaksAI plc (LSE:STK)) and AQRU plc (AQSE:AQRU), and Pioneer Media Holdings Inc. (NE:JPEG) helping to take all four companies public. He is also a Director of Aja Ventures Inc.

Olivia Edwards brings a strong record in governance, capital markets, and technology-driven enterprises to the Pioneer board. With experience guiding companies through public listings, strategic financings, and regulatory compliance in Canada and the UK, she supports innovation across digital assets, blockchain, and AI. Olivia holds a Bachelor’s in Cognitive Systems with a focus on artificial intelligence, a Master of Management, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course. She also serves on the boards of Cel AI plc (LSE: CLAI), Kua Investments Inc. (TSXV: KUAI.P), and Standard Strategies Inc. (CSE: SBTC), leveraging her multidisciplinary background to drive growth within the tech sector.
